IBM

Having desire to serve the society with technology, I worked under the Smarter Healthcare initiative of IBM under Smarter Planet campaign. Our team helped United States’ one of the largest Pharmacy Benefit Management company by providing business and technical solutions. Nearly two years of my work experience as systems engineer in IBM helped me understand business communication, teamwork and multinational corporate culture. I was chosen as the metrics coordinator for my team, which helped me learn planning and organizing my team and myself for better productivity by performing effort and schedule management. These two years ignited in me a sense of business planning and I presented a business model on HRA (Health Reimbursement Account) and on HIX in the IBM’s international event Sharenet Healthcare 2012, and won the second prize for my team.
